Equipment: Soccerball, handball, or basketball
Game Description: Work as a team in different zones (attacking, defense, goalie) trying to score on the opponent.
- Create two teams.
- Create two defensive zones (1 for each team) using lines or cones.
- Each team must have defenders, attackers, and goalies.
- Defensive players must stay in their zones.
- Attackers can play in the attacking zone, or pass through the defensive zone (cannot stay in the defensive zone).
- Goalies must stay in net.
- Introduce the piece of equipment: soccer ball, handball, basketball for example.
- Have fun!
