Bowling Ideas

Grade level: K-8
Equipment: Variety
Game Description: Bowling Ideas provides 4 solid bowling ideas to practice and improve upon bowling or rolling skills.

First idea: Obstacle bowling – place obstacles along the lane to make it trickier to bowl. If you’ve played Wii Bowling, you’ll get the idea.
Second idea: Blindfold bowling – use muscle memory and feel the motion of rolling instead of seeing. Blindfolds always make things more interesting.
Third idea: Scooter bowling – push a student on a scooterboard into the pins (lots of fun).
Fourth idea: Team-Bowl – a team-based pin-knockover game. Try to knock over the opposing teams pin. This is a great 3 on 3 activity; teams choose a goalie if desired and then attackers pass, toss, and roll at the opponents pin!
