Minute Fitness


Grade level: 3-8
Equipment: None (or a variety)
Game Description: Came up with an easy fitness activity that had maximal engagement. In this activity, students will go full-out exercise for 1 minute, then a 20s break, then on again for 1 minute, then a break, etc. I also use laminated posters as visuals to help students choose which exercises they wish to complete, but that’s optional.
